So I was an elephant - for two days, first on October 30th at my preschool and then on Halloween itself. Max was a pumpkin - a not so little pumpkin. And what were you?

I was a hula girl (no photo!). I wore a red and black hibiscus print LONG dress with a train and off the shoulder ruffles. I had my hair down and I used a red hibiscus flower hair pin behind my left ear. Around my neck was a 2' long 12-strand shell necklace. On my right wrist were two bracelets: one a kukui nut one, the other coral. So, with Hawaiian sandals on my feet, Hawaiian music in the air, and Tahitian rattles in my hands, I greeted the adorable kids and gave them a bowl of chocolate "eyeballs" to put in their candy bags.
