So more details: Anna-Lena was born Friday morning.
Matthias tried his best to cheer up Erin and pointing out funny things.

Matthias was in the hospital, then he picked up Max from his friend Colin's and Emily from school and announced gender and name.  We headed straight to the hospital where the two could meet their youngest sibling.

 
On Saturday and Sunday we biked to the hospital in the morning - Max of course scootered - and went in the afternoon by car.  The weather was just perfect.  On Monday, Anna-Lena and Mama came home.

Anna-Lena had to spend some time in the sun by doctor's orders, Emily liked reading next to her.
